The bus is leaving WC at 6:00AM on Friday.
Meet Warm-ups start at 7:00AM
Competition Begins @ 8:00AM
The Time Line has the meet ending around 10:30 which means the students should be back at WC by 11:45AM for the start of 4th period to attend classes for the remainder of the day.
After the meet athletes may ride home with parents, but parents must complete the Google check-out form, click HERE

WC Practice Schedule for Oct. 15 - Oct. 19 is:
Monday - Thursday
AM ~ 7:00 am-8:30 am
PM ~ will dismiss at 5:15 pm
Practice will begin at Voight Park in Hollywood Park on Oct. 15th

Chargers Recognized Nationally
Chargers Recognized Nationally for Academic and Swimming Success
The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association (NISCA) has announced their annual award recipients for the 2017-2018 School Year. The Winston Churchill Swimming and Diving Teams earned accolades in the following areas:
Swimming All America
Senior, Samuel Willstrop was recognized as a Swimming All America in the 100 Breaststroke ranking 83rd in the nation. The 400 Freestyle Relay Team comprised of Samuel Player (10) Wyatt Cronk(12), Jacob Peterson(10),and Sam Willstrop(12) was also recognized as Swimming All America finishing 69th in the national rankings. The National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association recognizes the top 100 fastest times achieved nationally in each high school swimming event as All America.
Scholar Team Award
The Chargers were recognized for academic excellence through the NISCA Scholar Team Award where both the boys and girls teams achieved Gold Medal status by maintaining a team GPA over 3.75 for the season. Both teams finished in the top 10 in the nationally for the award with the boys ranked 5th and the girls 9th respectively.
Academic All America
The following Varsity Lettermen were recognized as NISCA Academic All-America for maintaining a GPA of at least a 93.750 over the course of their high school career:
